While we learn early on how important it is to take care of our physical health through healthy nutrition and exercise, the prevention of mental illness often remains neglected. Our goal is to destigmatize mental health in all areas of life - Our mental health determines how we perceive our daily lives and the people in our lives, and how we deal with challenges. Crisis is part of the human experience, and it's so important that we start talking openly about it. No matter how cliché it sounds: Together, we feel less alone.
